How long will it take to receive the item/s I ordered?

We know how thrilling it is to receive Elsa Summer products as soon as possible! Depending on your indicated shipping address, shipping may take approximately 2 to 3 weeks starting from the date of the order’s fulfillment. It can also be as early as 5 days depending on your location!

However, we ask for consideration for instances when there is a volume of orders such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Thanksgiving, and the Holidays. Turnaround time for shipping may be longer during these events. There may also be inevitable delays due to force majeure and we may not be able to determine the exact shipping period in cases like these.

Do you offer product Guarantee or Warranty?

For your full satisfaction, we provide you with a 30-Day Return Policy as a guarantee. You can send a product back to us within 30 days from the date of delivery, and we will readily offer you a refund or a replacement should you deem our products are not according to your expectations.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes for the items I purchased?
